Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant to support the West territory (San Francisco, CA). You will grow the F&A HCP customer base, present and demonstrate DePuy Synthes products, and build relationships with surgeons and OR staff in a hospital environment.

You will collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager on business plans, target setting, and market strategy to achieve financial targets while maintaining high professional and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with a minimum 2 years’ experience OR
• Associates degree and/or Certified Surgical Technician with 6 years related experience (F&A/Trauma/Orthopedics) OR
• Recently Transitioned Active Duty Military.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and understand competitive products.
• Sell F&A portfolio to new accounts and expand sales with existing customers.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of F&A products.
• Build clinical relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and evaluators.
• Maintain surgeon/resident contacts and support during surgical cases as needed.
• Perform field calls and on-call/ER consultation for F&A accounts.
• Collaborate with Trauma partners to grow F&A in targeted geographies.
• Manage inventory of sales equipment and promotional materials.
• Ensure timely product delivery to surgery sites.
• Meet business plan objectives and sales quotas with approved resources.
• Complete administrative duties accurately and promptly.
• Accurately invoice customers for products.
