Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant to grow the F&A customer base in the assigned territory, presenting and implementing DePuy Synthes' products with surgeons and hospital staff. You will collaborate with regional managers to shape business plans and market strategy, aiming to meet sales targets across the territory.

The role requires building strong relationships, in-depth product knowledge, and the ability to travel and work in operating-room settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher plus 2+ years' selling or account management.
• Associates degree with 6+ years in F&A/Orthopedics or related fields.
• Recently transitioned active duty military considered.
• 3+ years of selling, account management or related experience.
• Ability to work in lab/operating room environments.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent relationship-building abilities.
• US driver's license and ability to travel; residence in/relocation to territory.

Responsabilités

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio, new products, and competitive products.
• Sell F&A products to new accounts and grow existing relationships.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of F&A products.
• Build clinical relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and evaluators.
• Maintain surgeon contact; support cases with OR personnel as required.
• Perform field calls in territory, including on-call and ER consultations.
• Collaborate with Trauma partners to grow F&A business regionally.
• Maintain sales equipment and promotional materials per policy.
• Ensure timely product delivery to surgery sites.
• Meet business plan objectives and sales quotas with approved resources.
• Complete required administrative duties accurately.
• Accurately invoice customers for products.
