Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes seeks a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant to support the San Diego territory. You will present and demonstrate the F&A portfolio to surgeons, build relationships with clinicians, and drive adoption across your accounts.

You will perform field calls, educate teams on product use, and partner with the Regional Sales Manager to deliver the business plan and meet sales targets. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years’ experience OR: Associates degree + 4 yr related experience OR: Certified Surgical Technician + 6 yr. related experience OR: Recently transitioned from Active Duty Military Experience
• Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
• Experience in orthopaedics, trauma, or sports medicine sales is a plus

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of the F&A portfolio and understand competitive products
• Spearhead selling of F&A portfolio to new accounts and expand existing customers
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of F&A products
• Establish clinical relationships with key surgeons and evaluators
