Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Associate to support clients in the Memphis, TN territory. The role focuses on growing the F&A product portfolio with surgeons and hospital staff, while collaborating with Regional Sales Management to implement the business plan.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university/college.
• AND A minimum of 1 year of selling, account management or related experience is preferred.
• Residence in or willingness to relocate to the posted territory; ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and understand competitive products.
• Spearhead selling of F&A products to new accounts and expand with existing customers.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of the F&A portfolio.
• Establish clinical relationships with key surgeons and evaluators.
• Maintain surgeon/resident contact and provide support during surgical cases as required.
• Collaborate with Trauma partners to grow F&A business in specific geographies.
• Inventory management of sales equipment and promotional materials.
• Ensure timely product delivery to surgery sites.
• Meet business plan objectives and sales quotas.
