Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in San Francisco seeks a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant to grow the F&A portfolio with surgeons and hospital staff in the West territory, presenting and demonstrating products to drive adoption.

The role requires 3+ years of selling or account management, ability to work in a lab/OR setting, and willingness to travel; relocation to the territory may be expected. Competitive compensation with incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher plus minimum two years of experience.
• Associates degree and/or Certified Surgical Technician plus six years related experience.
• Recently transitioned active duty military qualifies for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio, all new F&A products and understand competitive products.
• Spearhead selling of F&A portfolio to new accounts and grow sales with existing customers.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of the F&A portfolio.
• Establish and build clinical relationships with key surgeons and evaluators.
• Case coverage and on-call support during surgical cases as required.
• Perform F&A field calls in the assigned territory and collaborate with Trauma partners.
• Maintain inventory and ensure timely product delivery to surgery sites.
