Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant to grow the F&A portfolio across an assigned geography. You will present, demonstrate and ensure proper use of DePuy Synthes products with surgeons and hospital staff.

Collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to build the business plan, target markets, and sales strategy; establish clinical relationships and drive case coverage to meet quarterly goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in medical device or orthopaedic sales preferred.
• Ability to present complex products to clinicians and hospital staff.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow and develop the F&A HCP customer base in the assigned geography.
• Present, demonstrate and ensure proper utilization of DePuy Synthes’ products.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager to create the business plan and market strategy.
• Establish and build clinical relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and evaluators.
• Maintain appropriate surgeon contact and support during surgical cases.
• Perform field calls and on-call support as needed.
• Collaborate with Trauma partners to grow F&A business within geographies.
• Ensure timely product delivery and billing accuracy.
