Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sales Associate, Foot & Ankle to support Memphis, TN territory. You will develop surgeon relationships, educate teams on product use, and drive portfolio growth with new and existing accounts.

Ideal candidates have a mix of clinical exposure or sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to travel as needed. This role offers commission-based earnings within a medical devices environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Associate’s degree with 3+ years of clinical/hospital exposure or related sales experience.
• Surgical technician or medical training with sales background is acceptable.
• Recent military experience with selling/account management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Gain expertise in Foot & Ankle portfolio and new products.
• Promote portfolio to new accounts and grow with existing customers.
• Educate surgeons and staff on proper product use.
• Build clinical relationships with surgeons and evaluators.
• Provide case coverage and support to OR teams as needed.
• Conduct field calls and on-call/ER consultations as required.
• Collaborate with Trauma partners to grow F&A business in territories.
• Maintain inventory of sales materials and ensure timely delivery.
