Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Sales Consultant, Foot & Ankle to support the Greenville, SC territory. You will acquire expertise in the F&A portfolio, educate surgeons, and build lasting clinical relationships with key doctors and hospital staff.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or higher (or equivalent) with multi‑year sales or medical product experience, plus a valid US driver's license and ability to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher plus a minimum of 2 years’ experience OR Associates degree and/or Certified Surgical Technician plus 6 years related experience in F&A/Trauma/Orthopedics.
• Ability to work in a lab/operating room environment.
• Strong interpersonal communication, hospital environment acumen, negotiation and business skills.
• Valid US driver’s license and ability to travel; willingness to relocate to territory.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of Foot & Ankle portfolio andCompetitive products.
• Sell F&A portfolio to new accounts and expand with existing customers.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of F&A products.
• Establish relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and evaluators.
• Maintain regular surgeon/resident contact with prospects or new customers.
• Provide support to F&A surgeons and OR staff during surgical cases.
• Perform F&A field calls in territory, including on‑call/ER consultations.
• Collaborate with Trauma partners to grow F&A business across geographies.
