Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes is hiring a Foot & Ankle Sales Associate to grow the F&A portfolio in the Nashville, TN area. You will present, demonstrate, and support proper product use in operating rooms and clinics.

The role requires clinical sales experience, strong relationship building with surgeons, and the ability to travel as needed. You will collaborate with Trauma partners to expand territory and meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in clinical, hospital, or surgical settings.
• Certified Surgical Technician or relevant medical sales training plus 3 years.
• Recently transitioned from Active Duty Military optional.
• 1+ year selling/account management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and understand new products.
• Sell F&A portfolio to new accounts and grow sales with existing customers.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of F&A products.
• Build clinical relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and evaluators.
• Provide field coverage and support during surgical cases as needed.
• Invoice customers and maintain accurate records promptly.
• Ensure timely product delivery and maintain inventory.
• Meet business plan objectives and complete admin duties.
