Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant to support surgeons across the Hawaiian Islands. You will acquire product expertise, teach proper use, and build clinical relationships while covering cases and driving sales growth.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and account management skills, plus the ability to travel and relocate within the territory. A relevant degree and surgical/orthopedic background are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 2+ years selling experience.
• Associates degree with Certified Surgical Technician plus 6 years related experience.
• Recently transitioned active duty military.
• Minimum 3 years of selling or account management experience.
• Ability to work in lab/operating room environment.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel as needed and relocate to territory.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and understand competitive products.
• Sell F&A products to new accounts and grow existing customers.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of F&A portfolio.
• Establish clinical relationships with key surgeons and evaluators.
• Provide surgical case support and on-call OR consultation as needed.
• Invoice customers for products accurately and promptly.
• Meet business plan objectives and quotas using approved resources.
