Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant to grow the F&A HCP customer base in an assigned geography. You will present, demonstrate, and ensure proper use of DePuy Synthes products while developing new business and supporting current customers.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager to achieve sales targets, build clinical relationships, and drive strategic market plans within a dynamic orthopedics setting.

Qualifications

• F&A consultant must learn, understand and follow all laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Ability to work in a lab/operating room environment and communicate in a hospital setting.
• Strong ethics, professionalism and compliance at all times.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and understand competitive products.
• Sell F&A portfolio to new accounts and grow existing customers.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of F&A products.
• Establish and maintain relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and evaluators.
• Provide case coverage and support to F&A surgeons during surgical cases.
