Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes unit seeks a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant to grow the HCP customer base in the Denver, CO area. You will present, demonstrate, and ensure proper use of our F&A portfolio to surgeons and hospital staff, while building clinical relationships.

You will collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to execute the business plan, achieve sales targets, and advance orthopedic solutions across joints, trauma, and sports medicine.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with related sales or healthcare experience.
• Associates degree with 4+ years in sales or orthopedics.
• Certified Surgical Technician with 6+ years in F&A, trauma or orthopedics.
• Recently transitioned from active duty military.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and understand competitive products.
• Spearhead selling of F&A portfolio to new accounts and grow existing relationships.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of F&A products.
• Establish and build clinical relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and evaluators.
• Maintain surgeon contact and provide support during surgeries as required.
• Perform F&A field calls including on-call and OR consultations.
• Collaborate with Trauma partners to grow F&A business in specified geographies.
• Maintain sales equipment and promotional materials.
• Ensure timely product delivery to surgery sites.
• Achieve business plan objectives and sales quotas using approved resources.
• Complete required administrative duties and invoicing.
