The role requires travel, a US driver's license, and a 100% commission structure with a bi-weekly draw. Collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager is essential to drive territory strategy and growth.

Qualifications

• The F&A Sales Consultant will learn and follow all laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Must maintain high levels of professionalism, ethics and compliance at all times.
• A valid driver's license issued in the United States is required.
• Ability to travel as needed and reside in or relocate to the territory.
• High attention to detail in all sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio, new products and competitor products.
• Spearhead selling to new accounts and grow sales with existing customers.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of F&A products.
• Establish and build clinical relationships with key surgeons and evaluators.
• Case Coverage: support surgeons during surgical cases and provide field calls as needed.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager to develop business plans and market strategy.
• Accurately invoice customers and manage territory administrative duties.
