Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant for DePuy Synthes to support Milwaukee, WI. The role focuses on growing the F&A portfolio, presenting to surgeons, and building strong clinical relationships to drive patient care and economic value.

Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree with relevant sales or surgical experience and be capable of advancing cases, educating staff, and collaborating with the Regional Sales Manager to meet strategic targets in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years’ experience in sales or related field.
• Associates degree + 4 yr related experience alternative.
• Certified Surgical Technician + 6 yr related experience in F&A/Trauma/Orthopedics.
• Recently transitioned from Active Duty Military Experience

Responsabilités

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and updated products.
• Spearhead selling to new accounts and grow sales with existing customers.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of products.
• Build clinical relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and evaluators.
• Maintain surgeon/resident contact with prospects or new customers.
• Provide support during surgical cases and OR when needed.
• Complete territory calls including on-call and emergency room consultation.
• Collaborate with Trauma partners to grow F&A business in geography.
• Manage inventory of sales equipment and promotional materials.
• Ensure timely product delivery to surgery sites.
• Achieve business plan objectives and quotas via approved resources.
• Complete administrative duties accurately and promptly.
• Accurately invoice customers for products.
