Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant to drive growth in an assigned geography, presenting and differentiating DePuy Synthes products to surgeons and hospitals. You will collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to execute the business plan and achieve targets while providing high-level clinical and product support in operating rooms.

The role requires strong account management, clinical education, and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher plus 2 years of experience OR Associate degree or Certified Surgical Technician plus 6 years related experience OR Recently Transitioned Active Duty Military with 3+ years selling/ account management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop expertise in F&A portfolio and new products.
• Sell F&A portfolio to new accounts and expand existing business.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of F&A products.
• Build clinical relationships with surgeons and evaluators.
• Provide case coverage and surgical support as needed.
• Invoice customers for products and track territory performance.
• Maintain compliance with laws, policies, and procedures.
