Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant to support the San Francisco, CA territory. You will drive growth for DePuy Synthes products, educate surgeons and hospital staff, and build clinical relationships to expand the customer base.

The role requires a strong ability to work in a hospital environment, travel as needed, and a commitment to ethics and compliance. This is a 100% commission position with a bi-weekly draw and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• The F&A Sales Consultant is expected to learn, know and follow all laws, regulations, policies and procedures.
• Maintain professionalism, ethics and compliance at all times; escalate concerns to supervisor or Health Care Compliance.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with surgeons, hospital staff and executives.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and understand new products.
• Sell the F&A portfolio to new accounts and grow existing business.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of F&A products.
• Build clinical relationships with surgeons, clinicians and evaluators.
• Provide case coverage and support during surgeries as required.
• Perform field calls including on-call and ER consultations as needed.
• Collaborate with Trauma partners to grow F&A business in assigned geographies.
• Maintain inventory of sales equipment and promotional materials.
• Ensure timely product delivery to surgery sites.
• Meet business plan objectives and sales quotas.
• Complete required administrative duties accurately and promptly.
• Accurately invoice customers for products.
