Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant to support the Boston, MA region. You will drive sales growth by engaging with surgeons, clinicians, and hospital staff, demonstrating clinical expertise, and delivering value through DePuy Synthes’ F&A portfolio.

You should have a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) with relevant sales or medical device experience, a valid US driver’s license, and the ability to travel as needed within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 2+ years of experience in sales or medical devices.
• Associates degree with 4+ years related experience acceptable.
• Certified Surgical Technician with 6+ years related experience acceptable.
• Recent military transition considered for suitability and discipline.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and communicate value to surgeons and staff.
• Drive new account acquisition and expand sales with existing customers.
• Educate clinicians on proper use of F&A portfolio and maintain relationships.
• Build clinical relationships with key surgeons, clinicians and evaluators.
• Cover cases and provide on-call support during surgical procedures.
