Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s Foot & Ankle Sales team in Minnesota seeks a dynamic Sales Consultant Foot and Ankle to drive growth in the F&A portfolio. You will present, demonstrate, and ensure proper utilization of DePuy Synthes products while expanding the customer base through strategic account development.

The role requires a track record in selling medical devices, strong communication with surgeons and staff, and the ability to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Associates degree with related experience accepted.
• Certified Surgical Technician with related experience acceptable.
• Recent military transition considered for the role.

Responsibilities

• Become expert in F&A portfolio and new products.
• Sell F&A portfolio to new accounts and grow existing relationships.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper product use.
• Build clinical relationships with surgeons and clinicians.
• Provide case coverage and support during surgical cases when needed.
• Travel to assigned territory and meet business plan objectives.
• Maintain inventory of sales materials and ensure timely product delivery.
• Complete administrative duties accurately and promptly.
• Invoice customers for products.
