Johnson & Johnson's DePuy Synthes team seeks a Foot & Ankle Sales Associate to drive growth across a designated U.S. geography.

You will present, demonstrate, and ensure proper use of F&A products while building clinical relationships with surgeons and hospital staff. This role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to travel; a US driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR: Associates degree or Medical Certification (CST, PT, etc.) + minimum of 2 years of professional and/or related experience OR: 4 years related experience such as F&A, Trauma, and/or Orthopedics OR: Recently transitioned from Active Duty Military Experience and Skills:

Responsabilités

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and understand competitive products.
• Spearhead selling of F&A portfolio to new accounts and increase sales with existing customers.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of F&A products.
• Build clinical relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and evaluators.
• Maintain surgeon/resident contact with prospects and new customers.
• Provide support during surgical cases for F&A teams.
• Perform field calls and operate in-territory coverage as needed.
• Collaborate with Trauma partners to grow F&A business.
• Maintain inventory of sales equipment and promotional materials.
• Ensure timely product delivery to surgery site.
• Achieve sales goals and complete administrative duties.
• Accurately invoice customers.
