Job summary

DePuy Synthes, a Johnson & Johnson company, seeks a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant to expand the F&A portfolio across the Boston territory. You will present, demonstrate, and drive adoption of DePuy Synthes products, building relationships with surgeons and hospital staff while achieving sales targets.

The role requires strong clinical acumen, travel as needed, and a proven ability to develop new business alongside regional leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required or equivalent experience.
• Ability to travel as needed; valid driver's license.
• Education alternatives include associate degree with related experience or surgical technician certification with experience.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and understand competitive products.
• Spearhead selling of F&A portfolio to new accounts; grow sales with existing customers.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of F&A portfolio.
• Establish and build clinical relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and evaluators.
• Provide case coverage and support during surgical cases and in OR settings.
