Job summary

Johnson & Johnson DePuy Synthes is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant to cover the Portland, OR/Seattle, WA territory. You will present and demonstrate products, build clinical relationships, and support surgeons and OR staff to drive adoption of the F&A portfolio.

We value expertise in orthopedics or trauma, strong account management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment. This is a 100% commission role with a bi-weekly draw and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years experience OR Associate degree with 4+ years related experience.
• Certified Surgical Technician with 6+ years related experience.
• Experience in orthopedics, trauma, or foot & ankle is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and new products; understand competitive landscape.
• Sell F&A portfolio to new accounts; grow sales with existing customers.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of products.
• Establish clinical relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and evaluators.
