Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant to support the Portland, OR territory. You will present and promote the DePuy Synthes F&A portfolio to surgeons and hospital staff, build clinical relationships, and drive new business while supporting existing accounts.

This 100% commission role offers a bi-weekly draw, requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, willingness to relocate to the territory, and the ability to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2 yrs experience in field OR Associates degree + 4 yrs related experience OR CST + 6 yrs related experience OR military transition.
• Ability to work in a hospital/operating room environment.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with technical acumen.
• Self-motivated with excellent relationship-building abilities.
• Customer-focused with ability to work independently in a matrix/team.
• Must have US driver's license and travel willingness.
• Residence in or relocation to the posted territory.
• High attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and new products.
• Sell F&A portfolio to new accounts and grow existing customers.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of F&A products.
• Establish clinical relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and evaluators.
• Case coverage and on-call support during surgical cases as needed.
• Collaborate with Trauma partners to grow F&A business in specific geographies.
• Maintain inventory and promotional materials for territory.
• Ensure timely product delivery to surgery sites.
• Achieve business plan objectives and sales quotas.
• Complete administrative duties and invoice customers accurately.
