Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes Foot & Ankle team in Charlotte seeks a Sales Consultant to drive growth of the F&A portfolio with surgeons and healthcare systems. You will present, demonstrate, and ensure proper use of products while building strong clinician relationships and delivering clinical value.

Qualifications

• Must learn and follow all laws, regulations, policies and procedures related to the role.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills in a hospital environment.
• Ability to travel; valid US driver’s license; willingness to relocate to territory.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and understand products.
• Sell the F&A portfolio to new accounts and grow existing customers.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of portfolio.
• Establish clinical relationships with surgeons and evaluators.
• Maintain surgeon contact and provide support during procedures as needed.
• Perform field calls for accounts and on-call/ER consultations as needed.
• Collaborate with Trauma partners to grow F&A business in the geography.
• Inventory management of sales materials and equipment.
• Ensure timely product delivery to surgery sites.
• Achieve business plan objectives and sales quotas.
• Complete admin duties and invoicing accurately.
