Job summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant to support the San Francisco, CA territory. You will drive sales, educate surgeons, and build clinical relationships within orthopedics.

The role emphasizes field selling, account management, and collaboration with regional teams. Base compensation is commission-based with a strong incentive plan; travel to hospitals and ORs is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years’ experience or equivalent.
• Associates degree + 4 yr related experience also acceptable.
• Certified Surgical Technician with 6 yr related experience considered.
• Recent military transition may qualify for the role.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and understand products.
• Spearhead selling of F&A portfolio to new accounts and grow sales with existing customers.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of F&A portfolio.
• Establish relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and evaluators.
• Provide case coverage and support during surgical cases as required.
• Perform F&A field calls in assigned territory, including on-call support.
• Collaborate with Trauma partners to grow F&A business in geographies.
• Manage inventory of sales materials and ensure timely product delivery.
• Meet business plan objectives and sales quotas with available resources.
• Complete administrative duties accurately and promptly.
• Accurately invoice customers for products.
