Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant to support Manhattan, NY. You will develop expertise in the F&A portfolio, educate surgeons and staff, and drive new account growth while maintaining relationships with existing customers.

In this role, you will collaborate with regional managers to execute the business plan, manage territory activities, and ensure timely delivery of products. A strong clinical and sales acumen is essential for success in a fast-paced medical devices

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years' experience OR:
• Associates degree + 4 yr related experience OR:
• Certified Surgical Technician + 6 yr. related experience OR:
• Recently transitioned from Active Duty Military

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and understand product.
• Spearhead selling of F&A product portfolio to new accounts.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of products.
• Establish and build clinical relationships with key surgeons and clinicians.
• Case Coverage and support during surgical cases and emergencies.
• Perform F&A field calls for assigned territory and on-call duties.
• Collaborate with Trauma partners to grow F&A business.
• Inventory management of sales equipment and materials.
• Ensure timely product delivery to surgery sites.
• Achieve Business Plan objectives and sales quotas.
• Complete required admin tasks and invoicing.
