Qualifications

• Minimum education and years of experience as specified in the posting.
• Experience in medical device or orthopedics sales preferred.
• Ability to work in hospital and operating room environments.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and understand competitive products.
• Sell F&A portfolio to new accounts and grow existing business.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of F&A products.
• Build clinical relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and evaluators.
• Provide case coverage and support during surgical procedures as needed.
• Perform field calls and on-call OR consultations as required.
• Collaborate with Trauma partners to grow F&A business in geography.
• Maintain sales equipment and promotional materials per policy.
• Ensure timely product delivery to surgery sites.
• Meet business plan objectives and quotas using approved resources.
