Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Nashville, TN, seeks a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant to grow the F&A portfolio across a defined geography. You will present, demonstrate, and ensure proper use of DePuy Synthes products while expanding the customer base and delivering clinical value.

You will collaborate with surgeons, hospital staff, and regional managers to meet business targets, while maintaining compliance and professional standards in a fast-paced medical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher plus 2+ years in sales/orthopedics, or an Associate/Surgical Tech plus 6+ years related experience.
• Military experience with 3+ years of selling/account management is acceptable.
• Must be able to work in a lab/operating room environment.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of the Foot & Ankle portfolio and new products.
• Sell F&A portfolio to new accounts and grow existing customer base.
• Educate surgeons and staff on proper product usage.
• Build clinical relationships with surgeons and evaluators.
• Provide case coverage and on-call support as needed.
• Collaborate with Trauma partners to grow F&A business.
