Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a driven Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant to grow the F&A customer base across the Hawaiian Islands. You will present, demonstrate, and ensure proper use of DePuy Synthes products, while developing new business and supporting existing accounts.

You will partner with the Regional Sales Manager to shape territory strategy, meet sales goals, and travel across the islands to support patients and clinicians in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 2+ years of relevant sales experience.
• Associates degree and/or Certified Surgical Technician with 6 years related experience.
• Recent Transitioned Active Duty Military welcome.
• 3+ years of selling, account management or related experience; healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a lab/operating room environment.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiating, strategic thinking, problem solving and business acumen skills.
• Self-motivated with excellent relationship-building.
• Ability to travel as needed and relocate to territory.
• Valid US driver's license.
• Residence in or willingness to relocate to the posted territory.
• High level of attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and understand new products.
• Sell F&A portfolio to new accounts and grow existing customers.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of products.
• Build clinical relationships with key surgeons, clinicians and evaluators.
• Maintain surgeon/resident contacts and support during procedures as needed.
• Perform field calls and on-call/ER consultations in territory.
• Collaborate with Trauma partners to grow F&A business regionally.
• Maintain sales equipment and promotional materials per policy.
• Ensure timely product delivery to surgery site.
• Meet business plan objectives and sales quotas with approved resources.
• Complete administrative duties and accurate invoicing.
