Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant to support the Dayton, OH territory. You will build relationships with surgeons and staff, demonstrate products, and drive growth in a dynamic orthopaedics portfolio within a complex healthcare environment.

You will collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager, develop business plans, and strive to achieve quarterly targets while ensuring compliance and high levels of professionalism in every customer interaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher plus minimum 2 years’ selling experience or
• Associates degree and/or Certified Surgical Technician plus 6 years related experience or
• Recently Transitioned Active Duty Military

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of Foot & Ankle portfolio and explain proper use of products
• Sell F&A portfolio to new accounts and grow with existing customers
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on product use
• Build clinical relationships with key surgeons and evaluators
• Provide case coverage and support during procedures as needed
• Perform field calls including on-call and OR consultation
• Collaborate with Trauma partners to grow F&A business
• Manage inventory and promotional materials per company policy
• Ensure timely product delivery to surgery sites
• Achieve business plans and sales quotas
• Complete administrative duties accurately and promptly
• Accurately invoice customers for products
