Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant to drive growth in the Baltimore, MD territory. You will present, demonstrate, and ensure proper utilization of DePuy Synthes’ products to surgeons and hospital staff.

You will build clinical relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and evaluators, collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager on business plans, and work to meet or exceed sales targets while upholding regulatory and policy guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and understand products.
• Spearhead selling of F&A portfolio to new accounts; grow sales with existing customers.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of F&A products.
• Build clinical relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and evaluators.
• Maintain appropriate surgeon/resident contact; provide support during cases.
• Perform field calls in territory and on-call/ER consultations as needed.
• Collaborate with Trauma partners to grow F&A business in geographies.
• Manage inventory of JsNJsales equipment and promotional materials.
• Ensure timely product delivery to surgery site; support territory objectives.
• Complete administrative duties accurately and promptly.
