Johnson & Johnson in West Chester, PA, seeks a Field Sales Consultant for Foot & Ankle to support the Dayton, OH territory. Drive adoption of the F&A portfolio, build clinical relationships with surgeons, and deliver value through innovative orthopedics solutions.

Ideal candidates bring healthcare sales experience, a relevant degree, and the ability to communicate complex technical information to surgeons and OR staff while maintaining professional standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 2+ years of experience in relevant field.
• Associates degree and/or CST with 6 years of related F&A/Trauma/Orthopedics experience.
• Recently transitioned active duty military.
• AND a minimum of 3 years of selling, account management or related experience.
• Ability to work in a lab/operating room environment.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly.

Responsabilidades

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio, understanding new F&A products and competitive products.
• Lead selling of F&A portfolio to new accounts and grow sales with existing customers.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of F&A portfolio.
• Establish and build clinical relationships with key surgeons, clinicians, and evaluators.
• Maintain physician contact and provide support during surgical cases as needed.
• Perform F&A field calls for accounts and territory, including on-call and OR consultation.
• Collaborate with Trauma partners to grow F&A business in geographies.
• Maintain sales equipment and promotional materials in proper condition.
• Ensure timely product delivery to surgery site.
• Achieve business plan objectives and sales quotas using approved resources.
• Complete administrative duties accurately and promptly.
• Accurately invoice customers for products.
