Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Associate to support North Jersey clinics and hospitals. You’ll develop product expertise, engage with surgeons, and drive adoption of DePuy Synthes F&A solutions in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

In this role, you will build strong relationships, collaborate with regional managers, and meet sales objectives across an assigned geography. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent medical certification with relevant experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or medical certification with related experience.
• Associates degree or medical certification plus 2 years of relevant work.
• 4 years of experience in F&A, trauma, or orthopedics preferred.
• Active military transitions welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of F&A portfolio and competitors.
• Sell F&A products to new accounts and expand existing ones.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of products.
• Build clinical relationships with surgeons and evaluators.
• Provide case coverage and on-call support as needed.
• Collaborate with Trauma partners to grow F&A business.
• Maintain sales materials and ensure delivery to sites.
• Achieve business plan objectives and quotas.
• Complete required administrative duties accurately.
