Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in Jersey City, NJ seeks a Foot & Ankle Sales Associate to support the North Jersey territory. You will learn the F&A portfolio, educate surgeons on product use, and drive new sales while supporting existing customers in operating rooms.

As part of DePuy Synthes within the Orthopaedics group, you will collaborate with regional teams to meet business goals, manage field activity, and ensure high standards of professionalism and compliance in a hospital setting.

Qualifications

• The F&A Sales Associate must learn and follow all relevant laws, policies and procedures.
• Strong interpersonal skills for hospital environments and surgeons.
• Self-motivated with excellent relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to travel as needed and work in a lab/operating room environment.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and educate surgeons on product use.
• Sell F&A products to new accounts and grow sales with existing customers.
• Build clinical relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and evaluators.
• Maintain surgeon/resident contacts and support cases in OR and on-call as needed.
• Perform field calls and collaborate with Trauma partners to grow F&A business.
• Manage inventory and ensure timely product delivery to surgery sites.
• Achieve business plan objectives and complete administrative duties.

Education

Bachelor's degree

Associate degree or medical certification + 2 years related experience

4 years related experience in F&A/Trauma/Orthopedics

Recent active-duty military transition
