Job summary

Johnson & Johnson, a global leader in MedTech, seeks a Foot & Ankle Sales Associate to drive growth in the Dallas/Fort Worth territory within DePuy Synthes. You will present, demonstrate, and ensure proper use of our F&A portfolio while developing new business and supporting existing accounts.

A strong clinical and sales background in orthopedics is ideal. You will collaborate with the Regional Sales Manager to craft territory plans, build relationships with surgeons, and meet or exceed business

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required; multiple pathways acceptable.
• Associates degree or Medical Certification plus relevant experience also acceptable.
• 4 years of related experience in F&A, Trauma, or Orthopedics preferred.
• Military experience will be considered in lieu of traditional experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute field sales plans for Foot & Ankle portfolio.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on product use and benefits.
• Build clinical relationships with key surgeons and evaluators.
• Achieve territory sales targets and contribute to business plans.
• Coordinate with Regional Manager on targeting and market strategy.
• Ensure timely product delivery and accurate invoicing.
