Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Foot & Ankle Sales Associate for the North Jersey territory. The role focuses on growing the F&A portfolio with surgeons and hospitals, presenting DePuy Synthes products, and achieving sales objectives.

The position requires a background in orthopedics or related fields, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment. Travel and a valid US driver’s license are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• Associates degree or Medical Certification plus minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• 4 years related experience such as F&A, Trauma, and/or Orthopedics is required.
• Recently transitioned from Active Duty Military is acceptable.

Responsabilités

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and understand all products.
• Spearhead selling of F&A to new accounts and grow existing customers.
• Educate surgeons and hospital staff on proper use of our F&A products.
• Establish and build clinical relationships with key surgeons and evaluators.
• Maintain surgeon/resident contact and provide support during surgical cases.
• Perform F&A field calls for the territory and on-call/ER consultations as needed.
• Collaborate with Trauma partners to grow F&A business in geography.
• Inventory management of sales equipment and promotional materials.
• Ensure timely product delivery to surgery site.
• Achieve business plan objectives and sales quotas.
• Complete required administrative and invoicing duties.
