Job summary

Johnson & Johnson, a global MedTech leader, seeks a Foot & Ankle Sales Consultant to support surgeons in the Houston, TX territory. You will develop clinical relationships, demonstrate products, and help drive adoption of DePuy Synthes F&A solutions.

The role requires a healthcare background, strong communication, and the ability to work in a hospital setting. You will partner with regional teams to achieve sales targets while ensuring compliance and patient-focused care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 2+ years in sales or clinical role.
• Associates degree acceptable with relevant experience in orthopedics/surgery.
• Technician certification or military medical experience is considered valuable.

Responsibilities

• Acquire expertise of F&A portfolio and new products.
• Spearhead selling to new accounts and expand with existing customers.
• Educate surgeons and staff on proper use of F&A portfolio.
• Build clinical relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and evaluators.
• Provide case coverage and support during surgical procedures.
