Job summary

US Foods seeks a Territory Manager to drive customer relationships and sales across Rehoboth Beach and lower Delaware. You will nurture existing accounts, hunt for new business, and collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and customer service to ensure timely product delivery.

You will educate customers on ordering platforms, provide menu recommendations, and tailor pricing strategies to increase case volume and profitability.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in foodservice or hospitality is a plus.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the Customer Champion: Own and nurture customer relationships in a team-based selling model. Educate customers on ordering platforms; provide menu recommendations, product suggestions, and pricing strategies.
• Drive Sales Success: Sell to customers, grow case volume, and win new business; deliver impactful sales presentations and tailor your approach.
• Team Based Selling: Collaborate with Specialists, marketing, supply chain and customer service to ensure product delivery.
• Lead with Insight: Develop new business using market intel and leads from clients, clubs, and trade shows.
• Delivery Resolution: Manage deliveries per routing schedule; troubleshoot order issues (mis-picks, stock-outs).
• Competitive Advantage: Know market, product innovations, competitors, and pricing; share insights with customers.
• Stay on the Move: Use personal vehicle for site visits and check-ins to ensure satisfaction.
