Job summary

Sysco South Florida, Inc. is seeking a District Sales Manager in the US-FL-Miami area to lead a team of Sales Consultants, drive profitable growth, and foster a high-performance culture.

The DSM will coach SCs, manage district initiatives, and partner with customers to deliver expanded service options and value-added solutions. Strong leadership, coaching, and CRM-based forecasting are essential to succeed in this fast-paced role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of growth in foodservice sales.
• 5+ years of foodservice sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance and development of Sales Consultants within the district.
• Conduct 3-5 SC coaching sessions weekly.
• Lead Friday district meetings to educate and inspire.
• Direct customer engagement to expand service channel options.
• Coach on consultative selling and Sysco Way to Sell.
• Utilize Sysco CRM and Sysco 360 for planning and engagement.
• Execute territory planning and maintain top customer relationships.
