Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent industry experience.
• 2+ years' experience growing profitable sales in the foodservice industry.
• 5+ years' foodservice sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the performance and development of Sales Consultants within the district.
• Conduct 3–5 SC work-withs per week to coach and direct performance.
• Lead Friday district meetings to educate, inspire and drive behavior changes to increase sales.
