Job summary

Sysco South Florida, Inc. is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead and develop Sales Consultants across the Miami district. The role focuses on driving profitable growth, coaching the team, and executing district strategies to meet sales and GP targets.

The position requires strong leadership and a proven track record in foodservice sales, with deep knowledge of CRM tools and territory planning. A high level of travel (up to 75%) is expected.

Qualifications

• Education requirements include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coach diverse teams.
• Experience in foodservice sales and customer relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Manages performance and development of Sales Consultants within the district.
• Coaches and conducts 3-5 on-the-job work-withs per week.
• Leads district meetings to educate, inspire and drive behavior changes.
• Directs customer engagement and expands service channel options.
• Uses CRM and Sysco 360 for sales planning and forecasting.
