Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience growing profitable sales in the foodservice industry.
• 5+ years' foodservice sales experience in the foodservice industry preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages the performance and development of Sales Consultants within the district.
• Coaches SCs with 3-5 work-withs per week and leads district meetings.
• Drives customer engagement and expands service channel options for Sysco customers.
• Leverages CRM and Sysco 360 for sales planning, prospecting, and daily engagement.
• Delivers Sysco brand results and manages conversions within the district.
• Coaches and trains associates to develop consultative selling skills and manage territory.
