You will coach weekly, lead district meetings, and expand customer engagement through technology-enabled solutions and team selling.

The role requires strong leadership, CRM proficiency, and the ability to manage complex customer relationships while delivering Sysco brand results.

Competenze

• High School education required.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent industry experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.

Mansioni

• Manages performance and development of Sales Consultants within the district.
• Coaches through 3-5 work-withs per week and district meetings.
• Lead customer engagement and leverage CRM and Sysco 360 for planning.
• Drive profitable sales growth, territory planning and account management.
• Provide training, feedback and supervise associates to meet objectives.
• Support national campaigns and promotions.
