Shamrock Foods Company is seeking an Account Executive to maximize sales growth with a commission-based structure. The role covers restaurants, resorts, hotels, and other institutions, involving face-to-face interactions and product demonstrations to drive profitability and market share.

The ideal candidate has strong sales skills, restaurant/foodservice knowledge, and the ability to analyze data and negotiate effectively.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree a plus.
• 2+ years in culinary/restaurant ops/foodservice or related field preferred.
• Previous successful sales experience is a plus.
• Current driver’s license required.
• Comfort with technology and analyzing customer data.
• Knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook.

Aufgaben

• Prospect new customers and build a territory to grow the customer base.
• Maintain current customer base and grow the share of the customer’s business.
• Support customer success through menu engineering and cost analysis to improve profitability.
• Demonstrate products through on-site demos at customers’ facilities.
• Build multi-level relationships and optimize sales, service, and delivery.
• Leverage technology to improve efficiency and customer experience.
