Shamrock Foods Company is seeking an Account Executive to maximize sales growth and profit. The role involves representing products and services to restaurants, hotels, resorts, and other institutions on a commission basis through face-to-face interactions.

You will prospect new customers, maintain and grow the current base, and leverage technology to improve customer experience. A strong emphasis is placed on menu engineering, cost analysis, and staying ahead of industry trends.

Formación

• HS Diploma and/or GED required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree a plus.
• 2+ years’ experience in culinary, restaurant operations, foodservice, or related field preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in problem solving.
• Comfort using technology; and analyzing customer data.
• Knowledgeable on industry trends.
• Expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsabilidades

• Prospect new customers and build a territory to grow the customer base.
• Maintain current customer base and grow the share of the customer’s business.
• Impact customer success through supporting menu engineering, food cost analysis, and profitability.
• Share new product innovation through Shamrock resources.
• Build multi-level relationships in the businesses you serve.
• Keep accounts current; optimize sales, service, and delivery; collect past-due balances.
• Leverage technology for improved customer efficiency and experience.
• Participate in ongoing training to develop skills.
