Responsibilities

• Partner with management to ensure FiveStar customer service in the food service area.
• Stay up to date with health and food safety regulations and sanitation practices.
• Maintain inventory, ordering, quality control, and production guides for food preparation.
• Communicate with General Manager about promotions, emails, and programs.
• Oversee merchandising: signage, pricing, freshness, and presentation of products.
• Promote company food service promotions and sales.
• Collaborate with General Manager to train and supervise staff in food service duties.
