Job summary

You will lead and train the store team, promote the FiveStar experience, manage merchandising and inventory, and ensure policy adherence, safety, and smooth daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

• Oversees general store operations in the absence of management, ensuring inventory control, equipment condition, and safety guidelines.
• Collaborates with management to ensure quality food operation and proper appearance/signage.
