You will stay informed on health regulations, manage inventory and production guides, and collaborate on promotions. The role requires at least 1 year in food service, a high school diploma, and a professional, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of food service experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Knowledge of food-service equipment.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations in the food service area.
• Partner with management to ensure FiveStar customer service per policies.
• Stay informed on health and food safety regulations (sanitation, storage, exp.)
• Maintain inventory, food quality, equipment maintenance, and production guides.
• Follow up with General Manager on communications (emails, promotions).
• Merchandise signage, pricing, freshness, and presentation of products.
• Promote company food service sales promotions.
• Train and supervise staff in food service responsibilities.
