Responsibilities

• Assist the Food Service Manager in maintaining continuous food service operations.
• Provide customer service in the food service area and support the management team.
• Stay informed on health and food safety regulations (sanitation, storage, rotation, temperatures).
• Follow company policies regarding food service operations (inventory control, ordering, quality, maintenance, and production guides).
• Support merchandising, signage, pricing, freshness, and product presentation.
• Promote company food service promotions.
• Collaborate with management to train and supervise staff in food service duties.
