Global Partners is looking for a Food Service Supervisor/Deli Lead. Our Fresh Food Supervisor is responsible for directing and supervising all activities in the deli and food service department and its personnel to achieve merchandising, sales, and guest service goals established for the department.

Responsibilities:

• Manage department personnel, meet goals, and communicate with management and supervisors.
• Onboard and coach new team members.
• Schedule staff shifts.
• Provide product information, suggest sales, and engage in active sampling.
• Take guest orders, ensure timely and satisfactory service.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Order supplies and maintain proper stock levels.
• Oversee preparation and merchandising of deli/food service items.
• Ensure quality and safety through proper rotation and handling.
• Receive and audit merchandise, manage inventory counts.
• Complete paperwork accurately and timely.
• Process transactions and ensure proper use of scales and signage.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in all areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Flexibility for shifts and locations.
• 2+ years in a fresh foods environment, preferably managerial.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
• Serv-safe certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and work in coolers/freezers.
