Global Partners is looking for a Food Service Supervisor/ Deli Lead. Our Fresh Food Supervisor is responsible for directing and supervising all activities in the deli and food service department and its personnel to achieve merchandising, sales, and guest service goals.

Responsibilities:
  • Direct department personnel, meet goals, and communicate with management and supervisors.
  • Onboard and coach new team members.
  • Schedule team members.
  • Provide product information, suggest sales, and thank guests.
  • Take and fulfill guest orders to satisfaction.
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Order products and supplies, maintain merchandising standards.
  • Oversee preparation and serving of deli/food items following recipes and safety standards.
  • Rotate products, ensure quality, and control shrinkage.
  • Receive and audit merchandise, stock storage areas.
  • Count inventory periodically.
  • Complete paperwork accurately and timely.
  • Handle cash register transactions correctly.
  • Monitor product pricing, signage, and placement.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work areas.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.

  • Two years of experience in a fresh foods environment, preferably in a managerial role.
  • Reliable transportation and an active driver’s license.
  • Serv-safe certification preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally and work in coolers and freezers.
